Cancellation Policy

Pay-per-session bookings: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the booking start time will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the start time will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time, and no-shows, are non-refundable. Rescheduling: Bookings may be rescheduled at least 48 hours before the start time. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be treated in line with the cancellation policy above. 5- or 10-session block bookings: Where at least 48 hours’ notice is given, the session credit will remain available for rescheduling. Where less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the session will normally be forfeited and deducted from the remaining package allowance. EH Equestrian Coaching may waive these terms in exceptional circumstances. If EH Equestrian Coaching needs to cancel a booking, the client will be offered a rescheduled appointment or a full refund/session credit. Please contact EH Equestrian Coaching as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
